Availability & Connectivity

M2Net Internet services are hosted upon our own Internet platforms based in our offices in Rusper and Ashington. This ensures high levels of availability but also allows our engineers to provide a prompt and effective support service as unlike our competitors we don’t simply sell the services on behalf of a third party.

Integration

Compatible with Microsoft Small Business Server and Exchange our experienced engineers will ensure a seamless integration with the local network for email delivery and receipt.

Support

Support is provided by the M&M helpdesk and when purchased in conjunction with our infrastructure management and support contract this allow M&M to support Internet email from the desktop to recipient and vice versa without the need to liase with third party providers and therefore significantly reducing the time taken to resolve issues.

Cost

Each package is tailored to individual requirements and priced accordingly. Costs are fixed price, invoiced per annum in advance and are subject to a one-year minimum contract. Discounts are available for subsequent domains.

Transfer

M&M only require the current domain registrant’s authorisation to arrange the transfer of the domain and services from the current provider to M&M.
