Telephone Support
Whenever you have a problem related to your computer
systems, simply phone us. We will use our knowledge, experience
and access to technical information to resolve the problem for

Remote Support
One of the key advantages of the support service delivered by M&M is the facility to perform many tasks remotely for both the server,
network and the personal
computer systems. |
On-Site Support
In some instances there can be no replacement for face-to-face contact. We consider on-site support a core part of the service we supply. |
Remote Administration
Using the tools described above, we can also undertake many of the administration tasks in the computing environment e.g. account creation, security settings. |
Remote System Checks
Using our remote tools we can check that your computer
system is performing correctly and check that daily activities
such as backups are completing successfully. Using this service
enables us to detect and take corrective action before major
problems occur. |
